職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or at least 2 year college undergrad or 2 year course
  • Experience Level: 2 years international bpo experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, knowledge of compliance regulations, and a strong eagerness to assist customers.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in an office environment or remote.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
