- As an Account Executive, you will foster client relationships, create effective marketing solutions, and ensure successful project delivery to meet healthcare industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through business development, client acquisition, and new project proposals.
- Secure at least one new client/project annually to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a Client database, tracking brand contacts, billing procedures, and payment terms.
- Create networking opportunities and host client engagement activities twice a year.
- Keep clients updated through quarterly newsletters and industry insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customized project proposals and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide strategic solutions to meet client campaign objectives and execution needs.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver formal post-evaluation reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure all documentation, Purchase Orders (POs), and Cost Estimates (CEs) are submitted on time.
- Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive feedback and new marketing concepts.
- Ensure post-project receivables are settled in compliance with Finance policies.

- Preferably with experience as an Account Executive in the healthcare industry
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in events, activations, or marketing.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop creative and strategic marketing solutions.
- Willing to work on-site for client meetings and project execution.
