The Environmental and Health Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs and policies that ensure a safe and healthy working environment while maintaining compliance with environmental regulations. This role ensures the organization operates in an environmentally sustainable and legally compliant manner, and that all workplace health hazards are identified and managed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role preferred; experience in industrial, construction, or healthcare settings is an asset.
• Certifications (preferred): NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001/45001 knowledge.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and workplace health regulations.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and environmental management systems.
