  • Process Improvement: Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing and implementing solutions using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Standardization: Defining, implementing, and improving standard work processes to drive customer experience, operational efficiency, and performance improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Change Management: Leading and supporting change initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Measurement: Developing and implementing a standard management control and reporting structure with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training and Development: Providing training and development to employees on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, 5S), process improvement techniques, and data analysis.
  • Management of Operational Excellence Initiatives: Ability to lead and manage multiple implementations simultaneously across multiple sites in CWAY, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and manage operational excellence teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration; recruitment, onboarding, and conducting training as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure operational excellence projects stay within budget.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support operational excellence project goals.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports periodically to senior management and stakeholders on operational excellence project progress and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure operational excellence projects adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement new systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standardization: Standardization of templates, SOPs, and guidelines for the operational excellence department.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist the project team to design and construct a factory by considering manufacturing excellence principles such as 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Operational Excellence Budget: Prepare the annual project budget, annual project report, and project portfolio for the group; prepare presentations for the annual budget, mid-year review, and annual review.
  • TPM & Lean Manufacturing: Apply TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
