2. 負責公司日常運營中的法律事務；
3. 熟悉金融行業法律法規，並對公司業務及產品方案提供法律合規意見；
4. 審閱、起草、修改各類合同及法律文件；
5. 熟悉區塊鏈行業KYC合規流程，並準備相關材料為業務部門提供支持。

1. 本科及以上學歷，法學、法律相關專業；
2. 3年以上金融機構法務崗位工作經驗，或在律師事務所為上述公司提供法律諮詢服務；
3. 熟悉區塊鏈行業合規流程；英語良好，可作為工作語言；
4. 具備良好的適應能力、分析能力、溝通能力和寫作能力。
5. 巴西人亦可，會中文更佳。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law or law related;

2. More than 3 years of working experience in legal affairs of financial institutions, or providing legal consulting services to the above companies in law firms;

3. Familiar with the compliance process of blockchain industry; good English, can be used as working language;

4. Have good adaptability, analytical ability, communication ability and writing ability.

5. Brazilians are welcome, knowing Chinese is a plus.
