Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and other salon offerings.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and services.
Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring all tools and workstations are clean and sterilized.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships.
Mentor and assist junior stylists and trainees by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and ensure minimal client wait times.
Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Upsell hair care products and treatments to clients when appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Proven experience as a hairstylist, with at least 3–5 years in a salon environment.
Certification in cosmetology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hair types, scalp conditions, and various treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
