簡介

A. SALES MANAGEMENT

1.      Undertakes sales planning based on a thorough study of company business environment :

  • Gathers and analyzes environmental data;
  • Prepares sales forecasts using various techniques ;
  • Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies; and
  • Prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products

2.      Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the division’s sales targets;

3.      Oversees the efficient management of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets:

  • New Vehicles ordering, release and inventory;
  • Sales reporting to AUTOHUB/Plan/ Manufacturer

4.      Ensures the contribution of the sales team to synergy sales to promote the AUTOHUB Brand

5.      Addresses sales operational issues and elevates concerns which cannot be resolved at his level to GM/Top management;

6.      Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs ;

7.      Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team

 

B.     ADMINISTRATION


1.  Exercises administrative supervision over activities and personnel of the department

2.  Administers the conduct of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the department’s performance in accordance with the AUTOHUB Group Performance Management System (PMS) :

a.   Performance Planning

§ Facilitates the conduct of the Department’s annual

Operational Planning

§ Prepares the Department’s Annual Operational Plan and Budget for Immediate Head’s approval; and

§ Ensures that all Department personnel prepare their individual Performance Commitment Plans to support the attainment of the Department’s targets

b.   Performance Monitoring

§ Keeps track the Department’s work progress in relation to the Approved Operational Plan through regular conduct of the Department’s Monthly Performance

Review

§ Institutes corrective actions/remedial measures to address bottlenecks in operation and ensures the attainment of the department’s target;

§ Ensures the timely submission of the Department’s Monthly Accomplishments Reports to GM/VP copy furnished CPD for presentation during MANCOM

meetings;

§ Conducts and documents regular supervisory sessions with immediate subordinates and ensures that agreements are implemented and monitored

§ Ensures that all department personnel submit their Monthly Accomplishment Report copy furnished company HRD and PMS Coordinator

c.    Performance Evaluation

§ Evaluates staff performance at the end of the appraisal period and submits accomplished PEFs to HRD/PMS

Coordinator

§ Conduct employees’ semestral performance evaluation

§ Prepares/ submits the Department’s Semestral / Annual Performance Evaluation Report to GM copy furnished CPD

§ Prepares Development Plan/s for subordinates which need/s competency development/upgrading based on performance result

d.   PMS Compliance Reporting

§ Prepares and submits the following PMS Compliance Reports to the GM copy furnished HRD/ PMS

Coordinator and POD:

  • Department Employees’ PCP Compliance Report
  • Unit Personnel Performance Monitoring Report
  • Employees’ Performance Evaluation Compliance Report
  • Employees’ Performance Evaluation Profile


C.     DATABASE MANAGEMENT


  1. Oversees the establishment, updating and expansion of customers’ database
  2. Institutes system of monitoring the status of the sales customers’ database
  3. Introduces incentives or positive reinforcements to ensure the proper management of database and appropriate sanctions for non-compliance

EDUCATION                           :  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or any related course

WORK EXPERIENCE              :  At least six (7) years relevant experience, four (5) years of which are in a managerial capacity
