Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts primarily international companies looking to outsource roles to the Philippines.
Promote the companys services, present tailored outsourcing solutions, and lead client acquisition efforts.
Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely hiring of candidates based on client needs.
Act as the main point of contact for the client after onboarding, ensuring service satisfaction and handling any concerns or escalations.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and the outsourced staff working on their accounts.
Monitor the performance and engagement of candidates placed under the clients account and assist with issue resolution if needed.
Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to internal teams and support recruitment coordination and alignment.
Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients.
Regularly check in with clients and employees to gather feedback and maintain service quality.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and support the companys overall growth objectives.
Attend virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with potential and existing clients via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
Track pipeline activity, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in sales, client management, or account management preferably in BPO or outsourcing.
Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and talent acquisition processes.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts while coordinating with internal teams.
Detail-oriented, professional, and responsive in client and candidate interactions.
Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Flexible and adaptable, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable working night shifts and handling clients across various time zones.
