簡介

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to oversee all aspects of front office operations including reception, reservations, guest services, and staff supervision.


  • Supervise and coordinate all front office activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, and schedule front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell services.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained and guest issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare reports for management and participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Handle VIP arrivals, group bookings, and special guest requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

職位要求

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or college in the subject or field applied for.
  • Experience - At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the hospitality industry.
