  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide information about the organization and its services.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk operations, strong time management and organizational skills, aptitude for support, analytical skills, scheduling expertise, and mastery of MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard working hours and occasional extended hours during peak times.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
