Main Responsibilities:

Order Follow-up & Coordination

  • Full follow-up of client orders from confirmation to delivery
  • Coordinating with factories for production timelines, packaging, and loading


Quotation & Costing

  • Calculating product, packaging, shipping, and additional costs
  • Preparing accurate and detailed quotations for clients


Document Handling

  • Preparing all export-related documents: invoices, shipping documents, certificates of origin, health certificates (when required)


Supplier Sourcing & Verification

  • Finding and evaluating new suppliers
  • Verifying product quality and supplier reliability
  • Negotiating for the best pricing and conditions


Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Managing sea, air, and land shipments
  • Handling LCL shipments (from multiple suppliers) and consolidating them efficiently

職位要求

  • Strong understanding of the export process, supplier communication, and order coordination
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Proven experience working with Chinese factories and freight forwarders
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) – proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and time management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with LCL consolidation and dealing with multiple suppliers is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or related field preferred


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Chinese
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
