Who are we looking for:

As a Franchising Head, you are expected to be responsible for developing and executing a strategic franchising strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. It involves identifying potential franchise partners, leading negotiations, and providing comprehensive support throughout the franchising process. Ensures seamless integration of franchise operations with company-wide initiatives. Develops and delivers training programs for franchisees, while also managing a team of franchising professionals to ensure their success and professional development.

• Develop and execute the franchising strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Identify potential franchise partners and evaluate franchise applications to ensure they meet the company's standards and criteria.
• Lead negotiations with prospective franchisees, including contract terms, fees, and support services.
• Provide comprehensive support to franchisees throughout the entire franchising process, including site selection, store design, and grand opening activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, etc., to ensure seamless integration of franchise operations with company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of franchise operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues they may have and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to franchising, and make recommendations for adjustments to the franchising strategy as needed.
• Manage a team of franchising professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional development.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchising, preferably in the retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchising operations.
• Strong understanding of franchising principles, including franchise agreements, operations manuals, and support systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve both individual and collective goals.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to visit franchise locations and attend meetings and conferences.
