Supervise on-site operations and manage a team of workers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Coordinate daily activities, deadlines, and workflow.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress.
Maintain equipment and materials inventory.

Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School graduate. Technical-know-how on Mechanical Works is a must.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong project management capabilities; excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions: On-site work; physically demanding tasks.
Qualities and Traits: , Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Location: Office is located in Las Pinas City; Projects are in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, NCR and Baguio
