簡介
- Conducts routine inspection and maintain corporate policies on hygiene and GMP program. Inspects and audits all areas in the factory, including, but not limited to, production sites, warehouses and perimeter.
- Conducts training for GMP to newly hired and existing employees.
- Review and update zoning risk assessment plan.
- Conduct inspection on high hygiene zone, medium hygiene zone, basic hygiene zone and un-zoned areas
- Review cleaning procedures and cleaning checklist.
- Conduct cleaning validation.
- Monitor cleaning and hygiene supplies and provide Purchase Order of cleaning and hygiene supplies.
- Compile Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and other related documents of cleaning and hygiene reagent.
- Conducts cleaning inspection
- Establishes and implements pathogen and hygiene monitoring sampling plan.
- Trains Laboratory Assistant-Pathogen to conduct sampling using correct techniques.
- Evaluates and trends microbiological results
- Conducts site risk assessment.
- Coordinates with IPM contractor to establish the IPM program and rules for facility – IPM Manual including the IPM plan.
職位要求
- Graduate of BS Biology, BS Microbiology, BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry and/or BS Chemical Engineering.
- 2 - 3 years work experience as QA/Laboratory staff/head acquired from manufacturing industry.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
