R&D Specialist

• Conduct benchmarking of competitor products.
• Develop new products, from benchtop trials up to commercialization.
• Improve the existing products in terms of taste, quality, cost, and overall acceptability.
• Evaluate new and alternative raw materials and packaging materials.
• Represent the R&D department in audits and trade expositions.
