  • Oversee daily F&B operations at Making Fine Group's establishments
  • Ensure exceptional customer service within our dynamic food and beverage industry
  • Maintain inventory levels and compliance with health/safety regulations
  • Coordinate with chefs, manage staff schedules, and train team members
  • Drive sales and manage costs to contribute to financial targets

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Operations Management
  • Knowledgeable in Inventory Management
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Supervise day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring weekend and holiday work, with long hours potentially necessary.
