Manage and support the requirements of light vehicles under a leased operation scheme, consisting of approximately 500–600 units, and assist with the renewal and registration of select company-owned heavy vehicles across Australia.
Place orders for new or replacement vehicles and accessories in compliance with the company’s Vehicle Policy.
Coordinate national vehicle deliveries in collaboration with dealerships and leasing companies.
Possess strong knowledge of operating leases; monitor and manage vehicle utilization, recommending rotation strategies to minimize costs.
Facilitate the issuance of E-Tags and fuel cards, and oversee the settlement of toll charges and infringement notices.
Ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance standards to uphold safety and roadworthiness across the fleet.
Handle purchase order management, invoice processing, and allocation of expenses to appropriate cost centers.
Provide proactive reporting to internal stakeholders regarding fleet and leasing operations.
Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to the Sourcing Manager.
Collaborate with and support the offshore processing team in all operational matters.
Manage communication with key suppliers and internal stakeholders through effective mailbox management.
Bachelor’s degree.
With 1–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
Mandatory experience in fleet management or leasing, with a solid understanding of the fleet industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SRM, SAP, basic accounting, and reconciliation is an advantage.
Experience in collaborating with offshore stakeholders is preferred.
