Job Summary

The Financial and Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation of various financial and regulatory reporting deliverables across the organization. This includes working with the team to ensure year-end financial statements and Form PF are successfully prepared and reviewed utilizing both internal and external resources.


Job Description

• Coordinate with service providers to ensure successful preparation of annual financial statements and footnotes for the firm’s fund financial statements.

• Preparation of regulatory reporting deliverables, including Form PF and CIMA FAR. Leverage outsourcing options to the extent practical and serve as key point of contact with any third party service providers.

• Documentation of reporting policies and procedures.

• Assist with additional internal and external reporting asks as needed.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline reporting processes via automation;

coordinate with fund accounting to ensure data meets downstream reporting needs


Screening Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of public accounting experience with a demonstrated track record of success in a well-regarded public accounting firm and/or financial services company.

• Must have a stable employment history.


Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and a strong foundation in financial reporting..

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to implement changes and drive process improvements.

• Strong computer skills required, including extensive experience with Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and strict attention to detail.

• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and interact with people at all levels of the organization..

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining high-quality results and meeting tight deadlines.


Work Condition:

  • Work schedule: 9PM to 6AM PH, Monday-Friday Philippine Time
  • Work from Home
