簡介
- Ensure the timely processing of vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance requirements annually so they are in good operating condition at all times. This includes replacement of parts when necessary.
- Provide uniforms and safety equipment of all personnel when needed
- Ensure proper recording of attendance of all ESD personnel
- Monitor preparation of vouchers for all payables and process payments timely
- Monitor preparation of customer invoices monthly and ensure timely distribution to areas concerned
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the group (Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow)
- Monitor all collections and receivables (current and past due) from Customers and ensure issuance of Official Receipts for all collections made and BIR 2307 to customers.
- Monitor preparation of PO for non-trade purchases of the department
- Monitor and ensure the completeness and availability of all funds being handled and used by the department for Operations.
- Issue petty cash, reconcile petty cash and replenish petty cash funds monthly
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
