簡介

  • The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supervising the finance team.
  • This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s financial health by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and government regulations, coordinating audits, and facilitating budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • The Finance Supervisor also provides leadership and direction to junior finance staff.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Experience with month-end close, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
