簡介

Budget Development: Lead the annual budget process, collaborating with various departments (e.g., operations, sales, procurement) to gather input and develop comprehensive revenue and expense budgets, considering industry-specific factors such as fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, and seasonal demand.
Budget Monitoring and Analysis: Track actual results against the budget, identifying variances and investigating their causes. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing budget performance, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the freight forwarding and logistics industry (e.g., gross profit margin, operating ratio).
Cost Accounting: Analyze direct and indirect costs, including freight charges, handling fees, customs duties, and warehousing costs. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain. Perform variance analysis to understand deviations from planned costs.
Financial Forecasting: Develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts, considering industry trends, market conditions, and potential disruptions to the supply chain.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making, providing insights into profitability, efficiency, and cost control within the freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve budgeting processes and enhance efficiency, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize cost management and financial planning.

職位要求

Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning, ideally with a focus on controllership.
Advanced knowledge of budget accounting principles and cost accounting techniques, with a strong understanding of the unique cost structures and revenue streams within freight forwarding and logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to both financial and operational stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software if any.
Experience with large-scale budgeting processes is advantage.
Amenable to working in Escolta Street, Binondo, Manila.
