Job Function:
Prepares financial reports and schedules and other AdHoc reports
Conducts periodic or cycle count for cash, inventories and fixed assets
Ensures accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, inventories and other deferred expense
Processes and reviews the validity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of non-trade billings, transactions
Ensures completeness of expense record including accruals of accounts
Reconciles bank balance and Suppliers balance against books and timely disposes noted reconciling items
Compare the result of reports generated from the system against the Trial Balance on Account Analysis Report
Create Account Analysis generated from the system
Create Subsidiary Ledger (SL) report from different sources and Compare total between General Ledger (GL)
Reconciles SL/GL balances and timely disposes noted reconciling items
Qualifications:
College graduate of any business related course preferably Accounting
At least 1 to 2 years work experience needed
Business Knowledge, Communication, Interpersonal Relationship, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Time Management and Process Innovation (Universal)
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have good written and oral communications skills
Must be proactive, mature and detail oriented
Must have exposure in governmental compliance and requirement procedures
