簡介
- Collaborate with senior management and division heads to effectively manage daily operations.
- Manage calendars, draft correspondence, organize files, and coordinate corporate meetings and follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary contact for executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle company and project documentation, including letters, meeting minutes, memos, progress reports, and technical records.
- Budgets should be prepared and monitored to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Facilitate communication between management, departments, and customers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external executives on various projects and initiatives to achieve goals and build strong business relationships.
- Carry out sensitive and highly confidential assignments with discretion.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and manage large calendars for senior executives.
- Oversee the delivery of critical information to senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Arrange business trip logistics, such as documentation, hotel reservations, and transportation for executives, expatriates, and VIP guests.
- As needed, assume additional responsibilities to help the organization achieve its objectives.
職位要求
- Has a bachelor's degree related to office administration, business administration, or any relevant course.
- At least 2 YEARS of experience as EXECUTIVE SECRETARY with a large company.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft 365.
