簡介
- Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
- Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.
- Manage both business‑related and personal admin requests to support the Founder’s efficiency.
- Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C‑suite or Founders in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfort with hybrid work setups: strong self‑direction, reliability, and discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.
- Superior organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Independent thinker who remains composed under pressure, reacts quickly to shifting priorities, and anticipates needs.
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience in remote and international support environments.
- Previous exposure to BPO industry workflows is a bonus.
