簡介

  • Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.
  • Manage both business‑related and personal admin requests to support the Founder’s efficiency.
  • Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C‑suite or Founders in fast‑paced environments.
  • Comfort with hybrid work setups: strong self‑direction, reliability, and discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Superior organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
  • Independent thinker who remains composed under pressure, reacts quickly to shifting priorities, and anticipates needs.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Experience in remote and international support environments.
  • Previous exposure to BPO industry workflows is a bonus.
