English Teacher (Communications Focus)

Location: On-site, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱27,000 per month (with performance incentives)

About the Role:

We’re looking for passionate and articulate individuals to help others communicate more effectively. As an English Teacher with a communications focus, you’ll work directly with learners to improve their English skills through structured lessons and real-life conversations.

If you love helping people, explaining things clearly, and guiding others step-by-step—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver structured English lessons using provided materials and scripts.
• Guide learners through conversational practice and practical language use.
• Listen carefully to identify areas where students need support.
• Use a friendly and patient approach to help build confidence in others.
• Follow set processes to ensure each learner receives a consistent experience.
• Track progress and provide feedback using our platform.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English with clear pronunciation.
• Graduate of any 4-year course (Education or English major is a plus, but not required).
• No teaching license or prior teaching experience needed.
• Experience in tutoring, customer service, or any role helping people is a plus.
• Comfortable using online platforms and learning new tools.
• Good listener, patient, and able to follow step-by-step guides.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati.
