ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job Title: Junior ESL Teacher

Employment Type: Full-time; project-based (subject to extension)

Work Set-up: Remote (would need to report onsite in either Makati/Cebu when needed)

Work Schedule: M-F, Morning shift or mid-shift

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting lessons according to the approved curriculum.
• Creating a dynamic learning environment that encourages active student participation.
• Using diverse teaching methods to meet the learning needs of each individual.
• Preparing lesson plans and teaching (slides, exercises, games, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience as an ESL Teacher
