Educational Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Engineering.
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of engineering principles, proficient in relevant software.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee engineering projects, ensure compliance with engineering processes, manage a team of engineers, plan and execute training.
Working Conditions: Office and field environment, must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive in addressing issues.
