• Ensures that drawing recheck is performed.

• Reviews other disciplines and vendor print inter-squad drawings.

• Assigns engineer to review drawings.

• Reviews and helps update drawing schedule. Makes forecasts.

• Keeps Manager informed of any changes in staffing requirements.

• Saves original calculations for Department files.

• Through lessons learned on projects, provides input for continuous improvement.

• Develops engineering specifications, data sheets and design standards.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).

• 7 to 10 plus years of experience.

• Knowledgeable to NEC, API, IEEE, NFPA standards.

• Familiarity with IEC standards and PIP Practices preferred but Not Required.

• Strong background in 13.8kV, 4.16kV, 480V SWGR/MCC and power distribution/protection system design.

• Ability to guide electrical engineer or designer or self-sufficient for electrical design deliverables such as one-line diagrams, cable schedule, motor schematics, lighting layout, cable tray layout, grounding layout, Installation Details, MTO etc.

• Know-how on renewable energy such as Solar/Wind/Battery Stoarage etc. as well as Electrolyzers are added advantage but Not Required.

• ETAP proficient.

• AutoCad proficiency preffered but Not Required
