About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital commerce initiatives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective e-commerce growth strategies to expand the customer base and capture new business opportunities.
- Optimize the end-to-end online shopping experience, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase engagement.
- Identify and implement new revenue streams, online partnerships, and business development opportunities.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product listings, competitive pricing, and efficient inventory control.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), customer behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Work closely with development, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance platform usability and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and enhance customer targeting.
- Lead sales efforts, including product demonstrations, stakeholder negotiations, and contract closings.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute online campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for better retention and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build brand awareness and establish new business connections.
- Stay updated with emerging e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in e-commerce management, online sales, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and sales performance tracking.
- Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and take ownership of initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (SEM), and social media marketing.
- Experience with email marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital ad strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead when needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Availability for domestic and international business trips for company events, networking, and sales expansion.
