Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, product inquiries, and after-sales support. 
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds. 
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions. 
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. 
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
• Maintain customer records and update order statuses in the system. 
• Upsell/cross-sell products when appropriate. 

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written). 
• Previous experience in **customer service, e-commerce, or call centers** is a plus. 
• Familiarity with furniture/products is preferred but not required. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. 
• Proficient in using CRM systems, live chat, and email support tools. 
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed.
