簡介

The Digital Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for clients of the marketing agency. The primary focus of this position is to ensure that the client's digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid search, and e-commerce platforms are effective and driving revenue growth. The Digital Accounts Manager will work closely with the client's Online team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand awareness.

  • Project Management


  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and organize resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying any potential issues.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Manage resources effectively, including internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and solve problems that arise during the project lifecycle, using creative and innovative solutions where necessary.
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring that team members have the support and resources they need to complete their tasks successfully.
  • Evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement, making changes where necessary to ensure ongoing project success and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry, and make recommendations for improvements to clients' digital marketing operations.


  • Relationship Building


  • Communicate effectively and clearly with clients and internal teams, using a range of communication methods such as email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand and empathize with clients' needs and concerns, and to be proactive in addressing them.
  • Actively listen to clients and internal team members, understand their needs and expectations, and respond appropriately.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, identify the root cause of the issue, and work collaboratively to find a resolution that satisfies both parties.
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal teams effectively, building trust and credibility over time.
  • Collaborate with both internal team and clients to ensure a seamless execution of requirements
