- Manage and maintain project documentation and records
- Ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of documents
- Coordinate with project teams to gather and organize documentation
- Implement document control procedures and best practices
- Assist in audits and reporting as required
- Utilize document management software effectively
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledgeable in excel formulas
- Age : Not more than 40
- Educational Attainment : 4 years college degree
- Years of Experience : 1 – 2 years of experience in the same field or any related field
