Operational Support:
- Monitor and manage leads via Request Tracker, Salesforce CRM, or social media.
- Maintain and update company websites including:
- Website restructuring
- High-volume asset and marketing collateral updates
- Support social media content publishing and video management.
- Assist with digital platform projects (e.g., Eloqua, Sitecore, GTM, SharePoint, Qualtrics, BrandHub).
- Generate reports using tools such as Eloqua, Sitecore, SharePoint, Qualtrics, Salesforce CRM, ScreamingFrog.
- Monitor data sources for dashboard reporting (e.g., Brandwatch, social media, SharePoint).
- Implement and update Google My Business listings.
- Assist with Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations.
- Conduct competitor and online media monitoring.
- Provide technical support by identifying website issues and coordinating with relevant teams.
Request Management:
- Evaluate incoming requests for completeness and clarity.
- Coordinate with affiliates/stakeholders to clarify and validate submitted requests.
- Ensure timely processing and offer recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar operational support role.
- Content Management System (CMS) experience – familiarity with platforms like Sitecore or similar.
- Social media management – experience handling posts, scheduling, or monitoring across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- HTML/CSS proficiency – basic knowledge for troubleshooting or editing web content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Google Tag Manager, SharePoint, Qualtrics, Brandwatch, and ScreamingFrog is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
