Ditucalan Merchandising OPC is looking for a detail-oriented Central Replenishment Planner (CRP) to ensure the right stock is in the right branch, in full and on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth inventory flow across multiple brands.

• Manage stock levels and replenishment parameters across branches.
• Release and monitor Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate and timely deliveries.
• Track fill-rates, backorders, and resolve variances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or replenishment planning.
• Strong Excel and ERP/WMS skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple teams.
