Job Description:

The position exists to support Elsevier’s Marketing Operations and Data and Analytics teams and is focused on using all available resources such as Salesforce, and other In-House platforms, to enrich Marketing Qualified Lead data, facilitate processing of MQL’s , expedite lead assignments to sales representatives, and enable ROI reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder

• Working knowledge on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Tableau, etc.

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Able to adapt and learn to use external database tools

Job Accountabilities:

• Research and assign Organizational Salesforce Identification codes for new and historical Marketing Qualified Leads

• Facilitate timely and accurate upload and/or manual entry of MQL’s and contacts to Salesforce

• Actively uses Salesforce and CRM for purpose of entering relevant, complete and insightful information for marketing and sales operations

• Communicate effectively across entire Lead Management team

• share information willingly with team members

• Maintain a positive attitude towards work and team members

• Utilize resources and expertise as appropriate

• Ensure information being provided is accurate

• Shares best practices and provides constructive input around all Lead Management matters

• Serves as backup for others as needed

Work Arrangements:

Hybrid Work Set Up: 2-3x Onsite Monthly

Shift Schedule: Midshift (4PM - 12 MN)
