Maintain an organized and up-to-date project database.
Generate concise reports and strategic plans for internal departments, including photo documentation and post-evaluation reports.
Ensure accurate recording, updating, and tracking of data while maintaining proper archiving processes.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on population demographics, traffic counts, and other relevant data to support project planning.
Develop strategic insights and present findings to key internal teams (Accounts, Creatives, Operations) and clients.
Validate acquired data and ensure accuracy during project execution.
Coordinate with external and client auditors, document findings, and address relevant feedback.
Perform internal audits during project runs to ensure compliance with set standards.
Negotiate terms for venue rentals and tie-ups to align with project requirements.
Conduct site inspections, monitor project locations, and coordinate with institutional and government representatives for necessary permits and approvals.
Secure Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and project contracts to formalize partnerships.
Attend on-site inspections and monitor project execution to ensure smooth implementation.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or a related role. Experience in advertising, marketing, or operations is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Strong data analysis and research skills, with experience in handling demographic and traffic data.
Familiarity with documentation processes, reporting, and strategic planning.
