Oversees total service support team operations.
Ensures efficiency in operations of teams.
Consolidate and review all reports made by After Sales Coordinator and Service Admin team; ensure corrective actions are taken based on reports generated.
Ensures Completeness of necessary attachments for the billings.
Consolidation of a service reports made by Service Engineering team.
Consolidation of work evidence reports made by Engineering team.
Join Operations Manager in planning improvements in operations.
Train team members to become more efficient.
Accept and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
