簡介

  • Customer Service Representatives (Patient Care Coordinators) are service-focused professionals who ensure consistent follow-up with patients. They communicate clinical results promptly, assist with coordinating referrals, pre-approvals, and follow-up appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, respond to online inquiries, confirm appointments, and make outbound calls for patient retention
  • Prepare and send patient letters/reports
  • Attach clinical documents to patient charts
  • Submit cases to the Department of Health (DOH) via fax or online portal Email medical reports requested by patients
  • Efficiently multitask and navigate multiple systems, including electronic medical records, to provide medical information and follow-up support after clinical visits
  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines

職位要求

  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate degree holder, or college-level education
  • with or without experience BPO experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening abilities
  • Passion for delivering quality customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
  • Ability to handle phone calls effectively
  • Willingness to work a flexible, shifting schedule
  • Willing to work on-site in Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
