Our team is growing! Join us! We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is willing to work with us in office in BGC Taguig City.

Job Accountabilities

Attend to customers’ inquiries and requests promptly via calls and emails, following established communication procedures.
Handle new customer profile verification and updates accurately.
Provide efficient responses to inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year college / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in Customer Service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
Must be willing to work on-site and preferably with call center experience.
Tourism graduates are welcome to apply.
Can start ASAP.
