Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to individual customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company announcements.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery that supports customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Uphold company values and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.



Job Requirements

*HS Graduate or College Graduate

*1-2 years of experience
