  • Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all communication is documented.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service;
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong communication skills;
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn;
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction;
