JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Open for Bachelor’s degree with or without experience in BPO
• Open for college undergraduates with 6 months experience in BPO
• Open Senior High School Graduate with 1 year experience in BPO
• Willing to work shifting schedules
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Handle and provides quality fulfillment to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
