The role involves addressing inquiries about medical services, insurance claims, billing concerns, and appointment scheduling while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

The CSR must provide accurate information, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism when dealing with sensitive healthcare-related issues.
