- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in product knowledge and service training.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 2 yrs college undergrad.
- Experience Level: 6 mos international bpo experience/ 1 year bpo financial service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented individuals desired.
