• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in BPO or customer service.
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual CSR.
• At least 2nd-year college with no back subjects.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and basic computer applications.
