Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective problem-solving ability
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills for using customer service software
