簡介

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone).
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Assist with product information and order processing.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School Diploma required.
Experience Level: At least 6mos. call center experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products.
Working Conditions: Office environment.
Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure.
