- Support simple administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Learn and grow within the role with ongoing support

- Spanish Certification B1 and up
- Excellent communication skills Spanish and English
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
- BPO experience (good to have but not required)
