簡介

A customer service representative's primary duty is to deliver great customer service. They often have the following customer service responsibilities.


  • Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services.
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone, chat or email to check that they're still satisfied with their purchases or services received
  • Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers
  • Letting customers know about additional products or services that benefit them
  • Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
  • Updating customers records following each contact
  • Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization provides

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Able to work in Quezon City
  • Work schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
