職位描述

Client Communication:

  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Provide accurate information regarding portalet rentals, schedules, and services.

Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the Operations and Dispatch Team for timely delivery, pick-up, cleaning, and maintenance of portalets.
  • Monitor service schedules to ensure commitments to clients are met.

Issue Resolution:

  • Handle client concerns efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Record and report recurring service issues for management review.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good rapport with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate client records, including service logs, communication notes, and complaint resolutions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on client concerns and resolutions for management.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
